Hello happy hoopers,

Philo (of hooping.org), Gisele (of tribe's LA Hoopers) and I are happy to present a HOOPJAM, our first monthly, roving gathering bringing Los Angeles hoopers together in a business free environment for the business of community, nothing less. Sunday, May 2nd from 2pm til 5 at Pan Pacific Park. Special guest for May: DJ Ninth Path. Free event, free parking, free your spirit. We sincerely appreciate your assistance spreading the word.

Any fluent spanish-speaking hoopers out there? I met a wonderful lady from telemundo this weekend and she wants to do a segment on hoopdance for a tv show. The segment will be filmed this friday at 3pm. Let me know if you're interested!

A hoop sista', Jen, just told me about a Hoop Jam at Casa de Shari James - 7pm, this Thursday. 2110 Penmar Ave Venice 90291. They'll have hoops for use and fire spinning is allowed!
