Peanut Butter Marble Cheesecake
Ingredients :
• 200g chocolate biscuits, crushed
• 100g melted butter
• 400g cream cheese, softened
• 100g of sugar
• 200ml heavy cream
• 1 cup smooth peanut butter
• 100g melted dark chocolate
Instructions :
1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press a springform pan and relax.
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth Add heavy cream and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture in half. Mix the peanut butter in one half and melt the chocolate in the other.
4. Spoon dollops of each mixture onto crust, alternating flavors. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.

WHAT IS THIS BIG WOODEN THING ON MY WALL? This house was built in 1899. I was told by my realtor he didn’t think I could remove it. Why not???? by the way, I have no chimney in my house. On the other side of the wall is just a plain wall, where my staircase is located going up the stairs.
