Indoor Sales executive for real estate company located in 5th settlement.
Duties and responsibilities:
1-Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
2-Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
3-Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
4-Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases.
5-Prepare sales or other contracts.
6- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
7-Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
8-Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
Job requirements:
*Bachelor degree
*1-2 years solid Experience in Real Estate sales.
*Negotiation & persuasive skills.
*Age: not more than 35 years.
Working hours: 8 hrs.
Commission/bonus policy.
Location: 5th settlement.
