This is a very common question.

And thanks to , there is an answer to that question.

They discovered that the best time to post (across local time zones) was 5AM.

Posting early means that there is less competition.

And you can be the first post that your followers see. In my opinion, every account is unique and you should try out different times to see what works for your account.

And nothing beats quality content.
