If you haven't had luck with loyalty programs, the problem may be the nature of your offers. A purely transactional "points for purchase" relationship trains customers for deal-seeking behavior rather than inspiring true brand loyalty. Think longer-term and show the customer you're thinking about their pain points. Loyalty goes both ways!
