DJ / Producer eric.N.stereo BIO
eric.N.stereo of THE FUNK INN is a leading figure in helping to create the foundation of the Los Angeles House Music scene going back to the early 90's. He first got his start DJ'ing during his own parties at his first warehouse that he lived at in downtown L.A, called the "House of Bodi" in 1991. Three years later Eric moved to a bigger warehouse in Highland Park called the "Milk Chocolate Factory" where he threw private parties for his close friends for 7 years and is well known for playing up to 10-hour sets.
In 2001, eric.N.stereo created his music production team The Funk Inn – House Music Institution with his music production partner Gene Hunt. Upon joining forces, they were quickly invited to re-produced an updated House Music mix of the classic “Meeting In The Ladies Room” for the 80's Super Group KLYMAXX. In the same year, he was invited to become an Endorsed DJ for Vestax DJ Equipment.
It was this level of musical artistry that also got him invited to do live House Music mixes for respected radio shows such as the Legendary Power Tools Radio Show in Los Angeles, Cyberjamz “Soul Oasis Show” in Florida, Scion Radio 17 – Chicago Urban House Show, and his latest mix for NYC House Radio remained in the # 1 position for 9 months. When Eric is not DJ’ing he is on business management duties for Internationally Respected House Music DJ / Producer Ron Trent, and World Renown Percussionist Angel Luis Figueroa as well as co-producing large events such as Louie Vega's GRAMMY Nomination party held at the Fais Do Do Ballroom in Los Angeles in 2017.
eric.N.stereo has released music on Seductive Recordings and produces original productions, remixes, and re-edits that he plays exclusively at his club residencies, festivals, and private events locally & abroad. He has also provided music supervision for, Television, The Texas Health Department, NFL Players Inc, and Disney Buena Vista International, as well as producing, promoting, and DJ'ing at his own very successful weekly & monthly parties in his hometown of Los Angeles He is presently in the studio composing & recording original music for his Artist Album to be released on his own record label Soul System Recordings in 2020.
