*We require a copy pitch deck, executive summary and or business plan from all the entertainment companies and technology companies that are seeking cash equity funding

Return on investment and IRR Bench mark:

20 % or more return on investment

20 % or more : IRR Internal Rate Return

12x return on the exit of the deal 10 years to 20 years

* Due diligence is we have a third party feasibility study, legal due diligence, accounting due diligence done on the business that we are going purchase and or invest money into.

*.5% of the cost for the funding.

Example of the upfront fee to receive funding:5% of $250,000,000 which is $1,250,000 would be upfront fee.

* deals are on a case by case.

It takes 25 days or less to get the due diligence done.

Time line for funding and or acquisition is within 60 days to 90 days.

20% of the entertainment companies will be income producing companies.

This is the compensation for locating a up and coming Entertainment Companies Sports Franchises, Media Companies,Cable Networks and Technology Company Fintech, Biotech, Med TECH, Health Tech,:

*.3% of the amount of money that funded and or invested into Entertainment Companies and Technology companies at closing.

* 5% to 8% equity ownership or the company on the back end.
