Meet Mueen Jahan, a versatile actor with a successful forty-year career in professional entertainment. He made his Broadway debut in 2004 in Andrew Lloyd Webber's production of A.R. Rahman's 'Bombay Dreams.' He has portrayed a wide array of characters on Primetime Television, in Feature Films, and at major Regional Theaters across the U.S. His extensive credits also encompass theme parks, cruise ships, and educational theatre.

Mueen has worked alongside notable talents such as James Gandolfini, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Sherri Shephard, and Ariana Grande, to name a few, and has been directed by greats such as James Burrows, David Gordon Green and Jonathan Frakes.

Mueen's talents have been recognized with nominations for "Best Supporting Actor" at the Los Angeles Ovation Awards and a Desert Theatre League Award nomination for his performance in the title role of 'A Perfect Ganesh.' A classically trained actor and lover of Shakespeare, he has (at present) performed in 20 of Shakespeare's 36 plays and aims to complete the entire canon.

Aside from his career, Mueen is an advocate for diversity initiatives in the entertainment industry and an acting teacher and private coach in Los Angeles, CA.

New Shushu Talent: MICHELLE CASTILLO

We are thrilled to welcome Michelle to our talent roster as one of our newest and most promising talents. With a passion for acting and a love for music, Michelle has honed her craft, earning degrees in both Theatre and Dance, emphasizing Musical Theatre.

Michelle Castillo is a SAG-AFTRA/AEA actress whose talent and dedication have led her to perform in various roles, from lead and supporting roles on film and television to lead roles in theater productions, both locally and internationally. Some of her notable performances include Little Fockers, Tacoma, Swat 2018, Loot (Apple TV+), Shameless (Showtime),
Hidden In Plain Sight (MarVistaEnt./Netflix), and The Adventures of Holly & Snowflake (MyMilagro Prod.). In addition, she recently auditioned for
'The Young & The Restless. Michelle has also worked with esteemed directors such as John Singleton and Michael Patrick King.
In addition to acting, Michelle Castillo has performed in theater productions, iHispanic Media Coalition Showcase and shows by Casa 0101, the Independent Shakespeare Company, and the Bilingual Foundation for the Arts.

Beyond her acting career, Michelle's passion for music and singing has led her to serve as a Music Ministry Choir Assistant at St. Mary's Church in Whittier, CA, where she shares her talents with children and helps them discover the joy of music. Additionally, Michelle is a Substitute Teacher in the area, which allows her to share her love of education with the younger generation.

Michelle loves traveling, having studied abroad in Spain and lived in the UK, where she also acted. She has a BA in Theatre, emphasis on Musical Theatre, and a BA in Dance from UC Irvine. Michelle is an avid hiker and enjoys discovering new trails and spending time at the beach and park with her daughter Madrid. She is also in the process of creating her music.

Michelle's passion for music and storytelling has made her a versatile and talented actress, and she is a valuable addition to any production team. We are honored and delighted to welcome Michelle to our roster of exceptional performers!

Originally from Arkansas, James spent over a decade directing commercials for some of the biggest national brands before pursuing his passion for acting. He's landed roles in popular films such as "A Kentucky Original," "The Discontentment of Ed Telfair," and "Meet My Abuela." When he's not on set, James enjoys surfing, CrossFit, and tending to his growing collection of plants.
