Some of you in my broadcast channel on Instagram already know about this, but I’m so excited to announce that my husband and I were able to get an old new house! we are going to be doing full renovations on everything. It is from the 1940s and there’s a lot to be done but I wanted to share it here because I would love to get some input going forward and also going to create some videos on YouTube on our lifestyle channel following the journey! It’s our first house so it’s a big deal to us and we can’t wait to make it our home.

It’s a three bedroom two bath with a two car garage and a front and backyard. We’re having a company come on Monday to assess the residence to see what changes can be made. We’re first going to rip out all of the flooring even the hardwoods, I hate to say it, but they’re just not in great condition and we want to have Light colored flooring in the house. 

They are gonna be taking down all the wood paneling all the carpets are coming up and we are redoing the entire kitchen & both bathrooms, of course!

We have to do all new plumbing and electric because it’s outdated. We are also considering closing in the garage and making it more of a living space to expand.
