Leg Pull Front
Here we’re in a plank position
This exercise is working overall dynamic stability:
🔸Trunk stability
🔸Shoulder stability
🔸Pelvic stability
🔸Hip extension
Focus Points:
➡️Press into the arms as the legs reach and switch
➡️Reach in all directions
➡️Keep the heels pulling back while head reaches forward
🔸Can you keep the body stable as the legs move?
🔸Can you lift off of the shoulders?
🔸Can you keep lifting and pushing the mat and maintain full engagement in the upper body?
This prepares us for pushups later on in the mat!
