MY SISTER PLANNED A LIE DETECTOR TEST FOR MY FIANCÉ AND ME AT MY WEDDING — THE NEXT DAY WE DIVORCED.

Our wedding was in full swing, and my husband and I were over the moon! The energy was amazing, and everyone was having the best time.

Then, out of nowhere, my sister grabbed the mic and said, "I've got a wedding game for you guys! I've been planning this for ages — I saw it online!"

Turns out, she had hired a professional with a legit lie detector machine. She explained that the game was simple: my husband and I would take turns answering funny questions while hooked up to the detector.

It sounded hilarious, so we went along with it. Questions like, "Have you ever snuck a midnight snack without telling your partner?" had everyone cracking up. Guests took turns asking us their own silly questions, and we were all laughing so hard.

MY HUSBAND'S LOVER CAME TO ME FOR A MASSAGE, NOT KNOWING I'M HIS WIFE.

Yesterday, a beautiful young woman with red lisptick came to my massage studio. Smiling, she asked me to take a pic of her so she could send it to her boyfriend.

Her: "Finally, I'm going to relax."
Me: "Too much stress?"
Her: "Too much!"

She lay on the massage table and continued, "My boyfriend is in the process of divorce. Well, I'd leave her too. She doesn't do makeup, doesn't wear dresses. She just works, looks after their kids, cooks, and cleans. Of course, he'll get the house—it's his. The kids can stay with her. I don't want to raise someone else's brats."

I GOT FIRED FOR HELPING A MAN WITH DEMENTIA, BUT A PAIR OF SHOES PROVED I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE.

"This is a breach of protocol! You're FIRED!" the head nurse spat, her eyes gleamed with a cruel satisfaction.

Throughout the three months of my work, she'd clung to me every day. And it looks like she finally found a reason to get rid of me. But what else could I have done? There was an elderly man with dementia, confused and lost. I couldn't just ignore him. I broke the clinic's strict rules — only assisting officially checked-in patients.

I sadly packed my stuff from the locker. I went back to check on the elderly man, but he was already gone. I thought that was the end of it. NOPE.

The next day, I hear that officials from head office had shown up to reward someone for passing some kind of ethics test. And THE HEAD NURSE TOOK THE CREDIT. She straight-up lied to everyone, saying SHE was the one who'd helped the man.

"Oh, it was nothing. Just doing my job!" she said. And since I'd been fired, I wasn't even there to call her out on it.

They even gave her a personal meeting with the clinic network's owner as a reward.

I GOT A CALL FROM MY MOTHER AND HER FIRST WORDS WERE, "PLEASE, SAVE ME FROM YOUR SON!"
So, for the first time ever, my son actually asked to spend the summer with my mom — all by himself! This was a huge surprise, given that he's usually not interested in going to her place or spending time in her small town.
My mom is disabled, and I pay for a caregiver to help her every day. She refuses to live with us or move into a senior home. My son even offered to take care of her himself, saying I could give the caregiver a break. "Maybe he's finally becoming responsible?" I thought.
The first week went fine, and he was sweet on the phone, but I noticed that anytime I asked to speak with my mom, he'd say she was busy or asleep.
Then came the scary part. I got a call from my son's number — but it was my mom's voice whispering, "Please, come save me from him!" before the call abruptly cut off. I tried calling back, but no answer.
I immediately rushed to her town. When I pulled up to her house, it looked more rundown than ever, with no lights on. I opened the door and felt my heart drop.

WE SENT MONEY TO OUR SON FOR HIS COLLEGE TUITION — ONE DAY, WE DISCOVERED HE WASN'T EVEN ENROLLED AND LIVED IN AN OLD TRAILER

Our son was the pride of our neighborhood, excelling in school, sports, and just being an all-around great kid. With our solid income, we supported all his endeavors, including tuition for a prestigious out-of-state college where he claimed to study management.

While on a business trip near his college, I decided to surprise him. Imagine my shock when I discovered he had NEVER been enrolled. He had been lying for two years.

I called him to meet at a café. He confidently assured me everything in school was fine, lying right to my face. As he left, I slipped my fitness tracker into his jacket and later used the GPS to follow him to a run-down trailer in the woods.
