Spring Theory LLC was founded by award-winning producers/journalists Greg Spring and Ivy Brown in 2011 as a full-service reality and documentary production company for television and the Internet. Television projects include two seasons of "Beauty Queen Murders," a true-crime series for Investigation Discovery that premiered in late 2013. ation that aired in 2015. Currently, they have another series in production for the Discovery Networks that will air in late 2017. Spring has also created and/or executive produced series and specials for such cable outlets as TLC, OWN, WE, Starz, ReelzChannel, Discovery Fit & Health and HGTV. In the online arena, Spring Theory has produced both branded entertainment and general entertainment programming for a wide number of portals and brands. General entertainment projects include the 13-week daily series “Kin Story” for DECA’s premium YouTube Channel Kin Community, and Tecca.com’s “TechLife” and “Just Show Me” (which was also distributed on the in-restaurant McDonald’s Channel). In the branded arena, Spring Theory produced projects for such brands as Kia Motors, Intel, Kraft Foods, Ragu, Tyson Chicken, Huggies, T-Mobile, Papermate and Hallmark for such web portals as Momversation, GoodBite, MyLifeScoop and Smosh.
