Rising Above Film Fest’s mission is to provide a venue where the filmmakers work is treated with respect and given opportunities to be screened and viewed in a manner that empowers the filmmaker’s career.

Rising Above is a combined showcase presented by award winning actress/producer Summer Moore and Happy Day Productions. Running for its second year in a row, ‘Rising Above’ Film Fest kicks off November 10, 2018 and takes place at one of the most prestigious screening locations in Los Angeles: Regal Cinemas at L.A. LIVE.

‘Rising Above’ was created by multi-award winning Producer/Actress/Writer Summer Moore and features projects that “rise above” obstacles and challenges, and empower the audience with positive and empowering messages.
