Constant productivity has no bearing on your worth just as being unproductive sometimes and allowing yourself to just be doesn’t make you worthless or lazy. Please also know that things are not as bad as they seem and there is always a solution.

The best medicine for you right now is REST. Allow yourself to relax, to disconnect, to chill, and to breathe. You don’t need to go so hard all the time. Rest periods are critical for your overall well being, happiness, and success.
