Spicy Mongolian Beef with Fried Rice
Ingredients:

For the Spicy Mongolian Beef:

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, grated
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1-2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to taste)
2 green onions, sliced
For the Fried Rice:

2 cups cooked and chilled white rice
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup frozen peas
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 green onions, chopped
Instructions:

Prepare the Mongolian Beef:

Toss the sliced steak in cornstarch, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Shake off excess.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat. Cook the beef in batches for 1-2 minutes per side until crispy. Remove and set aside.
Lower the heat to medium and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and chili flakes. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Return the beef to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.
Make the Fried Rice:

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add carrots and peas, cooking until softened.
Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked.
Add the chilled rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir-fry everything together until heated through.
Stir in chopped green onions.
Serve:

Plate the fried rice and top with the spicy Mongolian beef.
Garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot!

Juicy Steak with Creamy Garlic Sauce 🥩🧄

Ingredients:
- 4 beef steaks (sirloin or ribeye)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook to your preferred doneness. Remove steaks and set aside to rest.
3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Lower the heat and pour in heavy cream and stock. Stir in Dijon mustard, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Return the steaks to the skillet and spoon the sauce over them. Let them warm for 1-2 minutes.
6. Serve steaks topped with the creamy garlic sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

Prep time: 10 min, Cooking time: 20 min, Servings: 4, Kcal: 520 per serving

"Loaded Nacho Cheese Beef Wraps"
Packed with seasoned beef, creamy nacho cheese, and crunchy Doritos, these wraps make for an irresistible, quick meal.

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can Rotel (green chilis with diced tomatoes)
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1/2 cup diced onions
1 packet taco seasoning mix
Nacho Cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
4 flour tortilla wraps
Shredded lettuce
Directions:
Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add Veggies: Add chopped onions and green peppers. Cook for another 4 minutes until softened.
Season the Beef: Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce.
Assemble the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat. Spread a spoonful of the cheese mixture down the center.
Add Fillings: Top with beef mixture, a dollop of sour cream, extra onions and peppers, and a handful of crushed Doritos.
Wrap and Roll: Fold in the sides and roll up tightly like a burrito.
Toast Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down, toasting until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve: Serve wraps immediately with shredded lettuce. Enjoy!

How do you feel about clams with a citrus twist? 🍋🦪 Quick Recipe for Sautéed Clams:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.
3. Toss in cleaned clams (about 2 pounds) and stir gently.
4. Add 1/2 cup white wine, the juice of 1 lemon, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Cover with a lid.
5. Steam for 6-8 minutes until clams open. Discard any that don’t.
6. Finish with fresh cilantro or parsley, sliced lemon, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve hot!
