It sounds way too good to be true. "One Weird Trick Can Get You Into Any Airline Lounge You Want!" But as Wired reports, one ethical hacker did actually find a simple way to trick the computer systems used by airline lounges across the world.

The security flaw was discovered by Przemek Jaroszewski, the head of Poland's Computer Emergency Response Team. He discovered that lounge access is coded into the QR code of an electronic boarding pass, but not verified by any central database.

Nickelodeon is preparing to make history this week. Variety reports that the network's newest show, The Loud House, will feature the channel's first biracial same-sex married couple this week. The couple, Harold and Howard McBride, will be voiced by Wayne Brady and Michael McDonald, respectively, as the pair readies their son Clyde for a sleepover with series star Lincoln Loud.

An excerpt from the episode, "Overnight Success," shows the couple doting on Clyde at the Loud household. It's incredibly cute:

Time to make history indeed! First married gay couple on a Nickelodeon cartoon!https://t.co/CI5NPmd7JU

That the McBride family is presented like any other loving family is a welcome step forward on Nickelodeon's part. The last time an LGBT couple was shown on-screen, it was back in 2014 series finale of The Legend of Korra, wherein Korra kisses her friend Asami in the show's final sequence. It was a watershed moment for LGBT representation in Western children's television. However, their romance was never really made clear, and the moment was marred by Nickelodeon's decision to pull the final five episodes off the air and instead show them online. This year, things are clearly moving in the right direction.

Welcome to rumorland, where we look at smoke from afar to figur out if there's any fire. This time, signs point to a new iPhone 7 Pro. In addition to the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus, the Pro model would feature a dual-camera system as well as a smart connector at the back.

Two photos spotted by Nowhere Else shows the three models side by side. As expected, the iPhone 7 Plus looks like a bigger version of the iPhone 7. And the iPhone 7 Pro could be a more powerful iPhone 7 Plus.

This isn't the first time a leak points toward an iPhone 7 Pro model. Last month, a Chinese repair shop shared three different components for the next generation of iPhone, indicating that there would be a new option.

Similarly, reliable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo from KGI Securities already predicted that the iPhone 7 Plus would get a dual-camera system. The iPhone 7 won't get the dual-camera system indeed. But if today's new photos are true, there will be an iPhone 7 Plus with a regular camera and an iPhone 7 Pro with an improved camera.

Now, why would Apple put two cameras at the back of your iPhone? There are many potential use cases. LinX has built a hardware and software solution to make two (or more) lenses seamlessly work together. For instance, a dual-lens system could improve background defocus and recreate depth of field — background defocus is one of the reasons why people use low aperture DSLR lenses.

Two cameras could also improve low-light performance, color fidelity and HDR performance. And this module could let you focus on the foreground or the background after capturing a photo, like with a Lytro.

You can also spot a smart connector at the back of the iPhone 7 Pro. Apple introduced these magnetic smart connectors with the iPad Pro as a way to expand your devices with accessories, such as keyboards. With the iPhone 7 Pro, Apple might take advantage of this connector for a battery case.

Yes, we know. Our smartphone batteries are bad because they barely last a day.

But it's partially our fault because we've been charging them wrong this whole time.

Many of us have an ingrained notion that charging our smartphones in small bursts will cause long-term damage to their batteries, and that it's better to charge them when they're close to dead.

But we couldn't be more wrong.

If fact, a site from battery company Cadex, called Battery University, details how the lithium-ion batteries in our smartphones are sensitive to their own versions of “stress.” And, like for humans, extended stress could be damaging your smartphone battery's long-term lifespan.

If you want to keep your smartphone battery in top condition and go about your day without worrying about battery life, you need to change a few things.

Don't keep it plugged in when it's fully charged

According to Battery University, leaving your phone plugged in when it's fully charged, like you might overnight, is bad for the battery in the long run.

Once your smartphone has reached 100% charge, it gets “trickle charges” to keep it at 100% while plugged in. It keeps the battery in a high-stress, high-tension state, which wears down the chemistry within.

Battery University goes into a bunch of scientific detail explaining why, but it also sums it up nicely: “When fully charged, remove the battery” from its charging device. “This is like relaxing the muscles after strenuous exercise.” You too would be pretty miserable if you worked out nonstop for hours and hours.

How is it that smartphone manufacturers think that it's OK to sell a smartphone with an awesome feature like wireless charging, but then not include a wireless charging pad in the box? That would be like selling a phone with a killer camera but selling the lens separately. We can understand that companies want to keep margins as high as possible, but for just a few dollars they could include a basic charging pad. Most phones won't come with a wireless charger anytime soon, so try this: The GMYLE Mini Qi Charging Pad is just $9 shipped right now on Amazon.

Here are some key details:

Anti-slip rubber rim top & bottom to maintain position of device and charging pad;
Easy to setup and use, place a device on the charging pad and automatically begins charging;
Compact, space efficient design. Smaller than a beverage coaster;
LED indicator to notify user when device is in charging position;
Charging popular smartphone models such as Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 edge, S6, Note 5, Google Nexus 6, and any Qi-compatible device.

Technically Incorrect offers a slightly twisted take on the tech that's taken over our lives.

Michael Baker, supreme PokemonGolian?

When something becomes a craze, is it fair to call everyone involved crazy?

I ask only because of the tale of Michael Baker.

As Fox 12 reports, Baker says he was indulging his Pokemon Go habit at 1 a.m. on Monday in Forest Grove, Oregon.

This might not be the wisest thing to do, especially after happenings in Missouri.

Now, these photos don't show us a finished iPhone 7. The handset pictured also isn't a prototype or even a working model. As was the case in past years ahead of Apple's iPhone launches, these are likely finished iPhone 7 parts taken and assembled from a Foxconn or Pegatron factory. As a result, the odds are good that the photos show us just about exactly what the iPhone 7 will look like once it's released this coming September.

How does it look? Hot. It looks hot.

Does the iPhone 7 sport a groundbreaking new design? No, of course not — that's coming next year. But it's not exactly a spitting image of the iPhone 6s either. Apart from the new and improved antenna lines and the larger camera lens, the phone appears to be significantly thinner than last year's model. That's pretty impressive when you consider all the rumored changes.

Pokemon Go has surpassed the next milestone in taking over every aspect of your life, with users spending more time on average playing the augmented reality mobile game than in apps for Snapchat, Twitter and even Facebook. The data, putting Pokemon Go at just over 33 minutes of average daily use on Monday, comes from mobile app intelligence firm Sensor Tower.

The maker of Super Mario and Zelda games has added more than $7 billion in market value since last week's debut of a new smartphone app for its fantasy monster character franchise. The game, which lets users track down virtual Pokemons in their vicinity, has topped the free-to-download app charts for Apple in the U.S. and Australia since its July 7 debut, according to market researcher App Annie.

Leaked photos reportedly showing us what the iPhone 7 will look like when it arrives this fall have started popping up all over the place. And if they're the real McCoy, we might be getting a more definitive picture of what exactly Apple has planned for its next smartphone, from a much larger camera on the iPhone 7 to dual-cameras and other features on the iPhone 7 Plus.
