THIS IS HOW MY SIL RETURNED MY CAR AFTER A TRIP TO HER FRIEND — SHE REFUSED TO PAY FOR THE DAMAGES, SO I TAUGHT HER A LESSON.

So, my daughter-in-law and I don't have the best relationship. I've always tried to get along with her, but it's been tough. My son usually takes her side, which doesn't bother me much — I get it, he learned that from his father, who always had my back no matter what.

Anyway, recently she wanted to visit a friend in another city, and I decided to be nice and lend her my car. Well, you should've seen the state it came back in a week later! Scratched, dented, filthy! The inside smelled like a dump!

I lost it and told her she needed to pay for the repairs and cleaning. But can you believe she had the nerve to say the car was already in that condition when I gave it to her?! And of course, my son defended her.

WE CAME HOME FROM VACATION TO FIND A HUGE HOLE DUG IN OUR BACKYARD — I WAS SHOCKED TO LEARN WHO DID IT AND HIS REASON.

So, we came back from our vacation a bit earlier than planned because my wife got sick during our trip to the ocean, and we decided to head home a few days early.

The first thing I did when we got home was to check the backyard to make sure everything was okay while we were gone. And OMG, I was shocked to find a huge hole dug in our yard!

I was about to call the cops, but then I noticed a shovel, a new bottle of water, and some other stuff left in the hole. I thought, "What if this person is digging at night to avoid being seen and knows we're supposed to be on vacation?" So, I decided to make it look like we hadn't come back yet and parked the car in the garage. My plan worked.

That night, I saw a silhouette jump over the fence and head towards the hole.

While I was cleaning my son's room, I decided to clear out some junk from his closet. That's when I stumbled upon a piggy bank I'd never seen before. It struck me as odd since my son is 14 and hasn't used kid stuff like piggy banks in ages.

I picked it up, smiling, but then I accidentally dropped it. It shattered and out spilled a bunch of HUNDRED-DOLLAR BILLS. I was TOTALLY SHOCKED because we don’t spoil him with that kind of money.

I often order food delivery when I'm too tired to cook for my kids, and over time, we got close with the delivery guy in our area. However, the last time he arrived, he seemed nervous and fidgety. Instead of talking to my little ones, as he usually does, and high-fiving them before leaving, he shoved the food into my hands and rushed back to his car.

Stunned and confused, I watched him drive away. As I brought the food into the kitchen, still wondering what his deal was, I happened to look at the back of the bag—and froze. A STRANGER'S NOTE ON MY HUSBAND'S CAR EXPOSED HIM IN THE MOST UNEXPECTED WAY

As I was taking our kids to school early in the morning, I walked by my husband's car, and something bright caught my eye. I stopped in my tracks to see a sticky note on his trunk.

"Sorry, I scratched your car last night. You should stop parking it on the street though! — Neighbor from 283. Here is my number...."

My heart skipped a beat. We don't live anywhere near a house with this number, and my husband always parks in our garage. Besides, he came back from his work trip only this morning, so his car was supposed to be at the airport parking lot. All these thoughts rushed through my mind at once, and I felt sick to my stomach.

RICH NEIGHBOR BUILT FENCE ON MY PROPERTY AND BLOCKED MY WINDOWS WHILE I WAS ON VACATION – I TAUGHT HIM A PERFECT LESSON

We bought our house about 2 months ago, and I've had arguments with this neighbor almost every week! It all started because he planned to build a fence ON MY PROPERTY! He kept showing me a bunch of documents, claiming the previous owner gave him permission.

"Why should I care about what the FORMER owner said?" I asked, but I never got a straight answer.

Then he crossed the line! Recently, I took my kids on vacation, and when we got back, we saw a fence right in front of our windows. ON OUR PROPERTY! ONE FOOT FROM MY WINDOWS! NOW ALL I SEE IS A FENCE, NO SKY, NO TREES!

I didn't want to deal with bureaucratic investigations or fights. But I found a way to make him tear down that fence.
