This 1965 Gretsch country gentleman has a great tone with filter’tron and super’tron pickups. We’re the second owners of this guitar. The tuners are rock solid, and so’s the Bigsby. It settled into itself in the last 59 years!

This Vogue labeled Korean acoustic guitar (styled after the Gibson D140) is as old as me and has great tone. When it came into my possession in 2018 it was completely unplayable. The bridge was lifting and the front of the body had bowed; the highest I dared tune the guitar was C. But the tone! I really wanted to give this old wood new life. I took it over to @ampshopbassexchange for Tina the guitar whisperer to take a look and do what repairs needed doing. I could not be happier with the result! The tone is intact and now it’s an inspiring instrument to play that’ll be used on sessions in the studio. #recordingstudio #koreanguitar #oldwood #newlife #restoration
