SCP 054, when out of the water, most often appears as a female humanoid with a mean volume of 90 L comprised entirely of water (other forms are possible, commonly geometric shapes). When it enters a body of water, it becomes indistinguishable from its surroundings.
SCP054 is apparently composed of normal water, with no detectable differences compared to ordinary spring water from the same source.
Water lost by SCP-054 to evaporation exhibits no special properties when condensed.

SCP 5771 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as Mushroom Man.

SCP-5771 is an organic humanoid creature measuring approximately 30.48 meters in height, with a cephalic region resembling a mushroom of the Amanita pantherina species.
SCP5771 has a body resembling that of a human skeleton. Tissue samples have determined that its structure is composed of its own stalk material and the thorax of the creature is composed of the ring of the fungus.
What SCP-5771 uses to see and hear is currently unknown.

SCP-5771 constantly emits white spores. When these spores are inhaled, it results in spontaneous respiratory arrest.
When approached by a human, SCP-5771 will crouch down in front of them.
This stance is an attempt on SCP-5771's part to appear less threatening to humans by reducing its stature.

SCP 2590 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Trailer Trash.

SCP-2590 is a semi-trailer truck of an International ProStar DayCab make, with an attached trailer.
Observation of the driver's cabin shows a humanoid figure in the driver's seat, designated SCP-2590-1. SCP-2590-1's appearance is that of a shadow or silhouette, lacking any identifying physical features. SCP-2590-1's significance to the function of SCP2590 is currently unknown, however, it has been proven to have an amnestic-like effect on humans approaching it on foot.
SCP-2590 selectively interacts with tangible objects, allowing it to 'pass through' physical matter.
At times determined by unknown variables, SCP-2590 will park at the side of the road or in a parking lot, and the trailer door will open of its own accord for exactly sixty seconds before closing again. During the time the door is open, the trailer will be occupied by a single object. The object within the trailer is different each time the door closes and opens again. Each instance is unique, and no object has ever been observed twice.

SCP 616 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as The Vessel and the Gate.

SCP-616 is a prototype Boeing airplane.
SCP616 's model had various internal alterations, including [DATA EXPUNGED]. Despite the various alterations, the most important feature of SCP-616 is the center left emergency door, which has been dubbed SCP-616-1. SCP-616-1 is a standard emergency door, though partially covered in extensive markings associated with Satanic cults.

SCP-616-1 will autonomously open once every thirty (30) days, and begin to close.
Once SCP-616-1 spontaneously opens, cabin pressure will destabilize as expected, and extreme 'turbulence' is encountered. At various points during the flight, all present personnel may feel as if SCP-616 is quickly falling, though it has been ascertained that SCP-616 remains in relatively stable cruising conditions during all times, including during the times of these events. This is a fan-made story about what would happen if SCP 096 no-clipped into the backrooms.

SCP 096 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as The Shy Guy.

SCP-096 is a humanoid creature measuring approximately 2.38 meters in height. Subject shows very little muscle mass, with preliminary analysis of body mass suggesting mild malnutrition.
SCP096 is normally extremely docile, with pressure sensors inside its cell indicating it spends most of the day pacing by the eastern wall. However, when someone views SCP-096's face, whether it be directly, via video recording, or even a photograph, it will enter a stage of considerable emotional distress. SCP096 will cover its face with its hands and begin screaming, crying, and babbling incoherently. Approximately one (1) to two (2) minutes after the first viewing, SCP-096 will begin running to the person who viewed its face.

The Backrooms is an online urban legend and creepypasta which originated in a 2019 4chan thread about unsettling images. One of the first examples of liminal spaces — an internet aesthetic which includes usually busy locations depicted as unnaturally empty — the Backrooms are an endless maze of office rooms which are entered by "[noclipping] out of reality in the wrong areas".

As its popularity grew, internet users have expanded upon the original concept by creating different levels and entities which inhabit the Backrooms. Fan-made video games, collaborative fiction wikis and YouTube videos have also been inspired by the Backrooms. The most popular of these is a series of horror shorts by YouTuber Kane Parsons, known online as Kane Pixels, who is set to direct a film adaptation of his videos.

SCP 294 appears to be a standard coffee vending machine, the only noticeable difference being an entry touchpad with buttons corresponding to an English QWERTY keyboard.
Ninety-seven initial test runs were performed with SCP294 (including requests for water, coffee, beer, and soda, non-consumable liquids such as sulfuric acid, wiper fluid, and motor oil, as well as substances that do not usually exist in liquid state, such as nitrogen, iron and glass) and each one returned a success.

SCP 3667 is a Thaumiel Class anomaly also known as All's Well That End's Hell.

SCP-3667 is a spatial anomaly located within a sinkhole at the bottom of the “Peace” kimberlite diamond mine.
The sinkhole containing the entrance to SCP 3667 was formed during a routine drilling operation. When the drill unexpectedly encountered the spatial anomaly and penetrated the cavern system of SCP3667.

In the sinkhole were several entities:
SCP-3667-1a: Cynocephalic humanoid with large, bat-like wings, measuring
approximately 3m in height.
SCP-3667-1f: Toad-like entity approximately 1m in height.

SCP-6426 is an ambulatory, hostile and sapient harbour tugboat. SCP 6426 's structure and surface are in a constant state of degradation, rusting after a number of days.

SCP6426 is able to redistribute blood it comes in contact with; redistributed blood is used in the production of organic structures, the most common form of which are large, vein-like tendrils that are typically concealed within the hull.

At this point, the respective plush toys will immediately transform into instances of SCP-3092-A.

SCP-3092-A instances are cotton-stuffed felt plush gorillas.

SCP 082 is genetically human; however, through some process, SCP082 has grown to giant proportions. SCP-082's jaw is strong enough to crack bone, and it seems to enjoy skulls. Attacks are seemingly at random with no motivation—whether or not subject has recently eaten has no effect on this cannibalistic hunger.

SCP 811 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as Swamp Woman.

SCP-811 is shaped similarly to a human female with disproportionally long and thin limbs and a slightly bloated abdominal region.
The palmoplantar surfaces of the skin on SCP811 constantly secrete a clear, green-tinted mucus with minor adhesive properties. This mucus does not appear to have any effect on SCP-811's own tissue, but any other organic matter that it comes into contact with begins to rapidly decompose, through processes not fully understood, reducing the matter into a slightly viscous black liquid.

We asked our Community 'Which Mobile Task Force would you want to see cross-tested with which other mobile task force?' And you answered!

Mobile Task Forces (MTFs) are elite units comprised of personnel drawn from across the Foundation and are mobilized to deal with specific threats or situations that sometimes exceed the operational capacity or expertise of regular field personnel and — as their name suggests — may be relocated between facilities or locations as they are needed. Mobile Task Force personnel represent the "best of the best" of the Foundation.

Mobile Task Forces vary greatly in size, composition, and purpose. A battalion-strength combat-oriented task force trained to deal with highly aggressive anomalous entities may consist of hundreds of troops plus support personnel, vehicles, and equipment and can be deployed in whole or in part to deal with threats across the globe. However, a Mobile Task Force can also be a small, specialized intelligence-gathering or investigative task force that may have fewer than a dozen personnel if that is deemed sufficient to accomplish their goals.

While in the field, task force members often pose as emergency responders, local or federal law enforcement, or military personnel appropriate to the region in which they are operating. Mobile Task Force Commanders can also request the assistance of local field units or personnel stationed at nearby Foundation facilities in order to accomplish their missions.
