Ingredients:
• 6 oz fresh baby spinach
• 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup candied pecans
• 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
Directions:

My Favorite Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
• 2 cups fresh blackberries
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
• 1 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
• 2 tablespoons honey
• Zest of 1 orange
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, and diced pineapple.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, orange zest, and lime juice until well combined.
3. Pour the honey-citrus mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
