THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT POST I’VE EVER MADE ON SOCIAL MEDIA ⚡️⚡️ ** 20 years in the making ** I originally shot this video in one-take, for long-lost friends (and The Great Reset was the furthest thing from my mind at the time, in Thailand).
Its not my life’s ambition to be a spokesman (at least not without a smokescreen), but i’d love to lend some perspectives, skills, and brainstorms to what I believe to be humankind’s increasingly most detrimental cause : Communication.
With the world LOL’ing its way into the DisInformation Age, corporate media, corruption, and distraction have taken center stage; so NOW the time seems ripe to do what’s been needed to be done for the past 2 decades! (and seriously, what societal system needs a reset more than Modern Media, and its bedfellow, Big Tech, we'd ask?)
We propose an open-source, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION, international and roaming, educating, energizing, BROADCASTING, celebrating successes, and sharing surpluses (from the inexhaustible sun)! Striving for enlightened news gathering and with interlinked solar sound systems to blow off steam, this is SOLARSONIC STREAMING : Where Freedom is the Medium and the Message!
For those who know history: Imagine NPR mercilessly disrupted with the soul of early MTV (plus some Nikola Tesla-type ingenuities), and this is the format, attitude and energy of SolarSonic Streaming: seeking to concentrate our creative tech energies to altogether launch a massive scale experiment in FREE MEDIA transparency. As a non-profit, we’d be beholden to no commercial or political entities. Powered by volunteerism and crowd-funding; plus solar, wind, hydro, crypto… it’s alternative media via alternative energy. Sharing the processes and proceeds of such resourcefulness, it’s actually a surprisingly simple formula:
Solar Sonic Streaming = Free Energy + Free Speech + Broadcasted Beats
It's time to start from a clean slate: we’re seeking streaming partners, like-minded artists and content creators, technicians, producers, promoters and event coordinators, managers, a board of directors (and probably a couple attorneys, pro bono and pronto!) Once the organization is officially founded and funded, there will be many salaried positions; so this is obviously a ground-floor opportunity, with much fun to be had along the way!
For the experiment to succeed, we need to build a network literally founded upon practices of transparency (sometimes to the point of comedy), with human resources more valuable than money. At this renegade stage of the game, we are especially looking to meet volunteers inspired to lend any/all of the above skills for the cause, ideally in-person in Los Angeles, but also seeking experienced tech-nomads like us, who can set up remote streaming locations on a micro-budget (Thailand, Europe, and beyond).
Most importantly, and since the devil is in the details, this video is only the first of several as we relaunch our YouTube channel. Still captive to modern media, and in danger of being cancelled, you may soon find us on Rumble, Discord (and eventually our own servers!)
