Cientos de nuestros vecinos, amigos y seres queridos han sido secuestrados por hombres armados y enmascarados, sin el debido proceso, y han desaparecido de sus hogares, autos, escuelas, lugares de trabajo y comunidades.

Estamos recuperando las calles donde nuestros seres queridos fueron secuestrados, convirtiendo lugares de miedo en sitios de resistencia. El martes, nos unimos para exigir que nuestra gente regrese a casa y que ICE se retire de Los Ángeles.

Llenemos las calles de velas y ofrendas para honrar a quienes han sido secuestrados.

Hundreds of our neighbors, friends, and loved ones have been kidnapped by armed, masked men—given no due process—and disappeared from their homes, cars, schools, workplaces, and communities.

We are reclaiming the streets where our loved ones were abducted, turning places of fear into sites of resistance. On Tuesday, we come together to demand that our people be brought back home—and for ICE to get out of L.A.!

Let’s fill the streets with candles and offerings to honor those who have been taken.

As ICE raids continue to terrorize our communities, safety net programs like Medicaid, the health care program for lower-income Americans and those with disabilities, and SNAP, which helps millions of lower-income Americans buy groceries every month are being gutted.

The bill passed by the House makes around $600 billion in cuts to Medicaid. About 10.9 million people could lose their coverage over the next 10 years, according to the Congressional Budget Office. All while providing tax cuts to billionaires
