Hold everything with a lite touch.
A thought or belief, with a light touch, people, family and friends with a light touch.
Which inspires intuition and creation.
This came to me today.
If we truly saw our own beauty, we wouldn’t be seeking others to see it in us.
How liberating to be our own validation compass.
Some practices I am continuing to work on.
