Getting colorful with a #vegetarian bake this morning:
RECIPE
DAWN’S Veggie Bake No. 2
4-6 Fresh Brussels sprouts (I like green + purple)
1 cup Fresh Spinach
1-3 Purple potatoes
Egg white (16-24 ounces)
1-2 tbs Sun dried tomato
1/2 cut Serrano chili
Vegan Chicken-less seasoning (optional)
Goat cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to pie Pyrex dish
Preheat oven to 350F
Bake 25-35 minutes (based solely on your oven’s heat)
When done taste as you may need to add extra seasonings and voila! A healthy breakfast dish you can eat over the next 3 mornings.
Note: you can freeze it but I’d try using it all.

(Ignore the multiple times I stop and start with “Here we go” 😳) BUT—Got to peruse with @TheDiningDolls @markmywordz420 and evening had a happy meet cute with @SweetTatas!! Learned about some incredible brands but the highlight was meeting Grace from Svn Space who has created a platform that is giving a voice and a total community to #WomenInCannabis!
I am so looking forward to connecting with her and some of the truly forward-thinking female entrepreneurs I had the pleasure of talking with. These women are taking science, branding, wellness, beauty, fashion, health and design in a very promising direction.
