When I first moved to LA, I attended Sam Newton's film festival and met a majority of the friends I still have to this day.
Last year, at that same festival, my friend Elyse and I made a commitment to ourselves to create a film together to submit to the festival in 2024. I am so excited to share what we created!
Polar is a spin off high fashion film, portraying the love story of two people with two completely different backgrounds, coming into each other’s lives and transforming the way they see the world. we wanted to create a film that still gave you this editorial, high fashion feel but express it with a dramatic story driven narrative that goes beyond just pretty visuals on the screen, as most of these high fashion ads we have seen are.
