Our vision is to empower, inspire & motivate our youth so that they can reach their full potential. Our mission is to instill courage, honesty, honesty,integrity, honor, respect, kindness, & patience in a safe & supportive environment. Our goal is to empower, equip & engage community youth & prepare them to become NOBLE members of society. WE SUPPORT OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY AND ENCOURAGE OPPORTUNITIES FOR BUILDING CAPACITY WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY.
