Founded in 2020 by RIAA Platinum certified producer/engineer ADHD, Ice Cream Studios offers top quality recording, mixing, mastering, production, and songwriting services out of our top floor penthouse in downtown Los Angeles. Our signature microphone & vocal chain combinations utilizing analog equipment such as our BAE 1073 EQ and CL1B Tube Tech Compressor always leave our clients satisfied and coming back for more.

Studio A

Located in a private, gated building in Echo Park, near the Echoplex. Studio A features on-site parking and a massive control room that’s suitable for large groups and full bands.

Studio A features SSL AWS 924 Console, Sony C800G mic, BAE 1073 Preamp, and Tube Tech CL1B compressor. Speaker selection includes Yamaha NS10 nearfields, Dynaudio M2 midfields with 15” Paradigm sub, and Custom Oceanway HR3 mains with QUAD 18” subs.

Sessions starting at $80hr.

Studio B

Located on the penthouse floor of a high-rise building in DTLA; this room is the more professional option for recording at our spring street location. Featuring large windows with incredible views, selectable mood lighting, and easy access to the clubs and nightlife DTLA has to offer.

Studio B features Neumann U87 mic, BAE 1073 Preamp, and Tube Tech CL1B compressor. Yamaha NS10 nearfields, and Urei 809 mains with dual Kali WS12 subs.

Located on the penthouse floor of a high-rise building in DTLA; this room is a favorite amongst clients and staff. Boasting views of spring street and walking distance from nightlife in downtown.
