Usage/Run: The session fee includes talent’s local travel expenses, taxes/withholdings, and agent fees. Usage Fee includes all social posts, use of talent’s name/bio/social media handle, and usage of all moving and still content (incl. BTS) captured for the Campaign in unlimited prints, edits, versions, and adaptations. Usage Fee only paid if Talent’s face is featured in a recognizable manner, in any of the public facing campaign materials. MATERIALS: Any and all materials captured on shoot days (stills & audio/visual) TERRITORY: Worldwide TERM: One (1) Year from the 1st date of public use anywhere in the World except PR, INTERNAL and ARCHIVAL shall be in perpetuity MEDIA: RETAIL/POS: All Promotion/Retail/POS (including moving image) media including but not limited to catalogues, in-store magazines, brochures, in-store posters, graphics, manuals, direct marketing, direct mailings, videos, events, giveaways, samples, wobblers, promotional packs, displays and floor stickers, i.e. any material used to promote at the point of sale and in partner gyms including but not limited to store windows. DIGITAL: All Digital/Interactive Media including but not limited to Internet, social media platforms, banners, videos, web and services like E-commerce, online advertising, apps and other interactive media including those not yet invented. PR: All Public Relations activities by adidas and/or Agency in any media, including but not limited to press releases, press conferences, sponsoring activities, advertorials, onsite event materials, videos and any editorial articles. INTERNAL and ARCHIVAL: All Internal Communications and adidas archives, showreels and self-promotion by adidas and/or Agency including awards and case studies, Corporate Communications including compilation films and any posts on social media channels/websites provided the images were placed on such social media channels/websites during the Term.
Additional Provisions: OPTIONS: Additional consecutive one (1) year in the Media and Territory for 100% of Usage fee. Option to include BROADCAST TV & CINEMA: All forms of Broadcast TV including, without limit, terrestrial & satellite, VOD and Cinema in the same Territory and Term for 50% of Usage Fee. Option to include INDUSTRIAL/PRINT/PRESS: All Press including but not limited to, magazines and newspapers and All OOH including but not limited to posters, billboards, transit and mega sites, bus stops, public transportation vehicles, stadiums, jumbotrons, events, stations, and airports – includes moving OOH, in the same Territory and Term for 50% of Usage Fee. If Option 2 Exercised, Option for additional consecutive one (1) year of INDUSTRIAL/PRINT/PRESS for 75% of Usage Fee. FIRST USE DATE: on or around January 7, 2025, at adidas’ sole discretion
Project Synopsis: We’re casting talent to be in the next training campaign with our hero along with fitness influencers. Talent will be putting their booties to work in the gym. For the campaign, we will hone in on the energy of the poses and facial expressions to reflect the real work women are putting in the gym.
Project Rate / Payment Summary: $3,000 + 20% AF
