Apply to LBCAP’s HERO Training Program! HERO offers paid on-the-job training in entry-level home repair, maintenance, and construction to youth 18-24 years old. No experience necessary!
This is a temporary 12-week position from September 25-December 14, 2023, with a M-F 7AM-3:30PM schedule at LBCAP’s facility in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Participants must commit to the full 12-week schedule.
Potential to be offered regular full-time employment after program completion. Limited spots are available.
