Jim Witter brought this title to a songwriting session after writing a thank you note, which the songwriting team all felt they could relate to. It had Ryan Langdon thinking of all the ways his wife and new baby were good for his soul and sanity by keeping him grounded during all the unknowns in this crazy life, which led to this new country/hip-hop song, “Soul & My Sanity.”
