The Retail Sales Associate delivers quality customer service to all customers, receiving and processing packages for courier shipment for all the major courier services (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS), operating point-of-sales devices, issuing and maintaining private mailboxes, along with sale support in our candy and apparel sections.

The RSA will also assist our valued customers with information and assistance in our array of services (i.e. Western Union, copying, Amazon pickups, etc.), along with obtaining and accessing their private mailboxes.

The RSA must be a reliable, prompt, highly motivated self-starter who is able to multitask in a fast paced, high energy, multifaceted work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries

Maintaining company's social media and internet presence

Operates all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others

Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Proficient knowledge of all services and products provided, alternative solutions, and industry trends

May open and/or close the store and perform end-of-day accounting, closing out register, etc.

Packages shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents

Produces/designs, proofs, and updates materials for print projects using Adobe and Microsoft Suites for both Mac and PC

Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors, and management

Must have open availability Monday - Saturday

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good communication and people skills, both in person and on phone

Sales, packaging, courier experience a PLUS

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites

Social media and internet knowledge

Strong verbal, writing, spelling and math/analytical skills

Able to lift 50+ pounds

Able to operate a wide variety of office/business equipment and point-of-sale devices

Strong business/office skills

Detail oriented, organized, highly motivated, and multi-task
