This post is a reminder that no one knows the future. But that doesn't stop people from making predictions. At the end of every year, big financial institutions forecast what the market will do in the year ahead.

Mortgage rates are the same. No one knows what they are going to do, but that doesn't stop them from predicting the future.

Don't try and time the market. If you find a home you love - buy it. Do what's best for you and your family, and don't let interest rates stop you from living your life.
