We can be upset about what we don’t have, or we can be grateful for what we have.

Do buyers / clients remember you? We remember people by their outstanding characteristics. If you wore a bright green wig, you wouldn’t be forgotten any time soon; however, we are remembered, not only by the way we look, but by our unique actions, as well. Some salespeople make it a point to identify customer problems and needs – business related or not. They then go out of their way to seek solutions that they give back as a special service. Customers rarely forget them. Treat everyone how you'd like to be treated. Clients, guests, customers are not a walking $$$. Be real!

THE WAY TO SUCCEED FOR EVERY BUSINESS OWNER: put yourself in yourself in their shoes. As a customer, we want to be treated with respect and as a human being, not just a walking dollar sign. When communicating with potential clients, or any transactions, your interactions with everyone is crucial because you would not know if that person can be a potential client of yours.
