How Thankful I am for nature, friends and colleagues. When we’re tempted to murmur and complain instead of being of what we have. This has been a tough year 🥲

We can complain about what we cannot do, or we can do what we can do.

We can complain about the conditions of our society, or we can pray and work something out.

We can be upset about what we don’t have, or we can be grateful for what we have.

We can find fault with our and or we can thank God we are not alone.

HOW DO CLIENTS / OTHER HUMANS REMEMBER YOU?

Do buyers / clients remember you? We remember people by their outstanding characteristics. If you wore a bright green wig, you wouldn’t be forgotten any time soon; however, we are remembered, not only by the way we look, but by our unique actions, as well. Some salespeople make it a point to identify customer problems and needs – business related or not. They then go out of their way to seek solutions that they give back as a special service. Customers rarely forget them. Treat everyone how you'd like to be treated. Clients, guests, customers are not a walking $$$. Be real!

THE WAY TO SUCCEED FOR EVERY BUSINESS OWNER: put yourself in yourself in their shoes. As a customer, we want to be treated with respect and as a human being, not just a walking dollar sign. When communicating with potential clients, or any transactions, your interactions with everyone is crucial because you would not know if that person can be a potential client of yours. Being relatable, having empathy, being understanding of their needs and being respectful is SO important.

Engaging, relatable, easy to communicate. Sometimes things can be overwhelming. Take your time, schedule your task, answer and respond to emails, phone calls, but the most importantly find time for yourself and family.

Think BIG. People's needs are changing. Business responds and changes. For every door that closes, another will open. For every relationship that ends, another can begin. If you focus on the negatives. You have a higher chance of missing an opportunity. In fact, fortunes are made when the going gets rough. Think big for your long-term goals, but be realistic with your short-term goals. This opens your mind to possibilities while increasing your confidence.

Customer Service, the old rule that it costs five times more to gain a new customer than to keep an old one is obsolete. In a tough economy, it's at least 10 times more.

Treat every guests, clients, customers as if they were your only customer. Go out of your way to exceed their expectations . Just imagine that your competitors are knocking on your customers

Setbacks are part of our evolution. Start thinking of so-called mistakes as a chance to reinvent yourself and move forward with curiosity and adventure.

There is a lot of NEW NORM in 2020 – 2021. Have you ever talked to yourself? I have done this multiple times, specially prior to a presentation or to prepare myself before a speaking engagement. Public Speaking is still intimidating to me. 😅 Deep inside, I think I’m an introvert. I coached myself how to be confident.

I would talk to the mirror and record myself, to check on my facial expressions, or my English hahahahaha 😊 I do this coz English is my second language.

Funny how things changed. Did you know that what you say to your prospects or people around you can make or break your presentation, but what you say to yourself can be just as important?

Self-talk affects your attitude, and your attitude affects sales performance. Are you aware of any tendencies to engage in negative self-talk, either to yourself or to others? Increase your awareness so that you stop talking down to yourself. Make a commitment to start sending yourself more positive and constructive messages.
