We are getting all dressed up for our hometown Christmas parade tonight!
Morehead Construction values relationships. Being a family owned and operated business, we are especially thankful for our staff. Many of our staff have been with us for many, many years and are experts in their fields. We celebrated Christmas together this past week at the Salina Highbanks Speedway Finishline Bar & Grill. We were joined by owner Neil's mom and dad, Sue and Dave Morehead. Sue and Dave have been an integral part of the formation and success of the company throughout the years. A specials thanks to Nucor Building Systems for sponsoring a portion of the event. Custom made candy table favors created by Beggs Pharmacy.
The MC boom truck helped install a beautiful new piece of art by Cherokee artist, Tama Roberts, this morning. The piece is part of the Cherokee Cultural Pathway in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
The Woody Hair Community Center is 33,000 square feet. It is a 10 million dollar investment into the small community of Kenwood, Oklahoma on the Cherokee Nation Reservation. It includes a Head Start program, elder nutrition, a 1,300-square foot wellness space, an indoor 11,000-square foot multi-purpose gym, and administrative offices. We worked with Key Construction to complete this massive project and are very happy with the results. Video credit: BirdsEye Aerial Drone Solutions
