Loud Panda Productions marries the analog and digital, lowers the barrier to entry for new music, and believes in loudness. I first discovered recording and broadcast electronics in 1981, working at WPRB-FM as a DJ and part-time studio engineer, and I've been hooked since. Once I discovered that all of that introductory electricity and magnetism material and the intro to circuits courses actually were the primordial soup of rock and roll, it was time to amplify goodness.

our first major production starts on saturday: pictures and perhaps some video coming. we're working with a recording artist with multiple gold records, a grammy nominated producer, and an old church (outstanding acoustics for the acoustic stuff).

loud panda is particularly fond of aguilar bass goodies. latest acquisition: aguilar compressor. takes the twang out, without giving that muddy sound you sometimes get with a compander (limiter/expander/compressor).
