W.H.O.M. stands for Who Has Our Minds. It is a magazine that has been operating since October 2005 by Robert Dupree Sr. and incorporated in January 2006. W.H.O.M is endorsed and licensed by Secretary of State Charlie Daniels, Chamber of Commerce, and the Better Business Bureau.

The magazine highlights high school students and their acheivements while providing mutual business advertisements. We are hoping to reach each geographical location in Arkansas. W.H.O.M. conects students with businesses . This gives students knowledge of potential career opportunities and business the ability to reach more clients.
