LONG POST ‼️
I woke up at 2 a.m. this morning, and at first, I was extremely irritated. But then I stopped and thought about how many people didn’t get the opportunity to wake up today. I prayed and cried my heart out. I’ve been dealing with a lot lately, and after pouring my heart out and sitting in silence to listen for God’s response, He quickly made me realize that I had lost myself again. My quality time with Him had become less frequent, and of course, the emotional side of me began to ugly cry because He’s so right!
So, I started writing down things I want to begin doing—things I want to accomplish and experience. When I looked at my phone, it was now 5:45 a.m., and time to wake the kids up! Suddenly, the featured photo of the day popped up, and I started crying again. This picture was taken during one of the best times of my life. During that period, I was doing everything I loved. I felt the healthiest I’d ever been—mentally, physically, and emotionally!
To me, that was God showing me what I could look and feel like again if I just put Him first and worked on myself. So, starting today, I’m making a promise to myself: I will not let anything get in the way of spending intentional time with God, and engage in activities that bring me joy. I’m committed to nurturing myself!
So if you’re experiencing something similar, consider this your sign to dedicate time back to God and invest in your own well-being!
REMEMBER YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU PUT YOUR MIND! SPEAK OVER YOURSELF! ENCOURAGE YOURSELF! ❤️
Enough with the self sabotage. Stop doubting yourself.
Sometimes being YOU is a bigger flex than you’ve conditioned your mind to believe! 💪🏽
God has your back & it’s not about your power, but HIS power within YOU! ❤️
Start believing in yourself, & watch how God opens doors for you! ✨

I started Who Is She not knowing what the heck God wanted me to do. All I know is he continued to show me standing in front of a group of women speaking which is why I continued to run (I was terrified of public speaking). After praying and meditating I started the Who Is She 90 Day Journey Jan 1, 2021 & who knew that little ole Miya from the West side of Pine Bluff would impact so many lives. I’m so thankful & grateful for all of the amazing women that trusted me to lead them and encouraged me while on our journey together. We shed ALOT of tears this year but we’ve had ALOT more smiles & wins from promotions at work to new career paths to business launches & so much more! I’m so excited for 2022! ✨

Tell yourself how proud you are of the process you’ve made, the person you are becoming, the obstacles you conquered….Our every day standards can sometimes be crushing. Jesus has met all the standards that matter and through him you are more than enough. Don’t hold onto the unmeasurable standards of this culture. The things that really matter were paid by the blood of Jesus. No matter where you are in this moment I pray that God will fill you with peace and assurance that life is worth living and that this life can be beautiful if we allow it to be.With that I want you to know that you are capable of anything! Yesterday was a HUGE day for me! It was the day that my book would land in the hands of family, friends and some that I’ll meet for the very first time.
It was the day when I got to allow my well to overflow before the people that matter most to me. Everything in this planner is what I used on my journey to self-love and I pray that when your eyes meet the pages & you complete the pages, that it births healing, fullness and joy on the innermost part of who you are.

In the month of December many will start something NEW. DO NOT WAIT until January to start! Start NOW!
There is an anointing and grace on those who will follow God and do what He asks of them now! Begin walking in your purpose NOW!
1. Make a list of what you know you’re supposed to be doing!
2. Go back through the list and prioritize them based on your “burden” for them.
3. Do your research on what it takes to get started! Be sensitive when looking for mentorship.
4. Get ready for divine momentum to take your little and make it much!
