At Keek's in Watkins, we had dinner and conversed with owners Colin and Drea about their new venture, Prospects in Litchfield. Following a well-attended job fair, they are now focusing on repainting, checking equipment, and training staff. They aspire to open by June's end. I savored a patty melt, while Mom delighted in boasted chicken. Yum!
