It is very rare for a home to be in the same family for 62 years, so it makes sense that it would need a very special buyer. When this home came on the market, our clients Jacob and Hayley immediately knew that it was the one for them. It was meticulously cared for, in a great neighborhood with a less than five minute commute to their new jobs, and with the most peaceful backyard and no rear neighbors. We were able to win in a multiple offer situation, and I could not be more excited for Jacob and Hayley to now be calling Lincoln home. Congratulations!! 🏡🤍

Big props to on the lending and Joe Kubick with Simplicity on the listing side for making this a seamless experience.

How is it already July?! Catching up on the whirlwind that was June with 2 of my favorite people and their 2 closings. One of the coolest parts of my job is when friends become clients and clients become friends.

In 2021, I helped Brie sell her home so that her and James could start their lives together. (Scroll for the throwback) I was there to support and celebrate them as they went from dating to fiancéd to married. And last year when they decided they needed more space, we started the hunt.

One of the things I love about both Brie and James is that they know what they want and aren’t afraid to go for it. While it took some time and a few unsuccessful offers, they stayed strong and we found them the perfect newer ranch for this next chapter of their lives. They also worked so hard to get their former home ready for the market where we received multiple offers. Congratulations Brie, James, and Dutch! Can’t wait for you to make this house a home!! 🤍🏡

Things I didn’t do this year:
• Sell 100 homes
• Make a single cold call.
• Knock on doors.
• Acquire another rental property.
Things I DID this year:
• Brought life into this world.
• Was present for so many of Levi’s firsts
• Helped as we launched
• Eased back into traveling with a baby in tow
• Focused more on myself and less on impressing others
• So many home improvement projects
• Helped amazing families, friends, individuals, and investors with their real estate needs.
• Grew my network and became more intentional with my relationships.
I’m going into the New Year with a clear vision and a full heart. I am so thankful for every situation that didn’t happen to me but FOR me. Grateful to take the last few days of this year “off” to focus on my family and prepping for the new year. Grateful to every client that asked me to be a part of their milestones this year. 💕

This little Wahoo cutie is officially under contract! My sellers did all of the prep work needed to secure a solid offer and soon the new buyer will be making their own memories here.

What a whirlwind 72 hours! My out-of-state buyer and I were determined to find her the perfect place while she was here. Not only did we find the house and negotiate the deal, we were also able to get inspections done before she caught her flight. Big props to for taking great care of my clients as always. On to closing!

Road-tripped down to Arkansas to see my girl say I Do last weekend! The trip was short but wonderful. I am so blessed to have such great friends in my life and every time I get to see them in person it fills my cup. Congratulations Carly and Scott!💜🤍
