If y’all knew all the ideas and thoughts and plans that I’ve had and started and didn’t really follow through with!
My homegirl started her YouTube and I remember her telling me she was so scared to do it…seeing people level up and face their fears gives others (like me) motivation!!!
I do a lot right now…but it’s soooo much more that I have to do as well! But I’ll be honest balancing life and several businesses is not easy and some days you get discouraged and be like eff the 10 other things on the to do list! I’m holding myself accountable to do everything on the list and stop being sooooo humble.. I know I teach a class everyday here at the salon with just regular conversations…guess what class isssss now in session!!!

And her curls bounced right bikkkeeee 2 weeks later..matter of fact they are bouncing even better due to the bomb a$$ trim she got with her press!!!
NOTE: I don’t know who needs to hear this but You still need a trim even if you’re wearing your hair curly, if you’re not putting heat on your hair and if you’re wearing “protective styles”.
I’ve have sooo many “natural natzis “ that’s what I call them because they know more then me chile but their hair isn’t growing past the Dora bob and it feels like Brillo pads! They try to fight you tooth and nail about holding on to these lil snaggle tooth ends but be the first to come for a length check!!
Needless to say I don’t have toooo many of those “types” of clients..but when I do…
I definitely point out what needs to be cut and let them make the decision cause I’m not here to kill anybody’s dreams!!!
Moral of the Story…trim your ends(in my wear your massss voice 😂😂😂)

True Story:
After graduation today I drove about 20 miles to get some ceramic tiles (for my baasment bathroom which is being renovated cause I had a pipe leak when I went to Dubai last year, I’m just getting time to finish the project! And yes I bargain hunt for EVERYTHING, I found the tiles on Facebook marketplace for $10 a box when they originally $40 a box)
Sooo yea drove to get the tiles, then some light grocery shopping and now back home to get ready for this new week! The next 2 weeks I have to focus my marketing on the Mommy and Me course being hosted on Mother’s Day…my point is…it doesn’t really stop.. KEEP GRINDING, KEEP SHINING!!!

We don’t use the N word over here! I correct my clients and friends all the time when they attempt to use this word!!
Nappy is not the correct word to use when describing our hair! K. Logan 💕] we say tightly coiled and every coil can be stretched out and loosened up! That N word was used to describe the frizziness of cotton back when slaves were on the field! Our brown girls will NOT correlate any of that term while describing their hair! Not here K. Logan 💕] !!
We are starting our enrollment for the next semester set to start in April..make sure your baby girl has an opportunity to learn how great her hair is!

I make so many promises to other people, and I hold my word because essentially all you have is your word, and your WORD is your BOND! But when it comes to me or myself , it’s soo easy to break those promises/words/bonds that I’ve made to myself!!! Sooooo from this moment and moving forward, if I say I’m doing it for me…I’m doing it for meee and not breaking any promises I set for myself!

Took a few steps earlier this week, and although I didn’t have the perfect plan, I made the leap and God cleared the pathway for me and made sure all the pieces fell into place!
