We're a human-first brand building agency.
But what does that mean?
And why should being human-first matter to brands both big and small?
Because businesses are made up of people, working with people, to meet customers and clients (who are also people, by the way) wherever they're at.
When you lean into that - good things happen.

The event and experience experts at Evenergy have a story to tell, and now they're able to tell it just how they want.
As companies evolve, websites can get outdated. Evenergy needed a new site that reflected their brand and could act as a dynamic portfolio, showcasing how they "harness the power of human connection" for their clients.
And we're all about that human connection - so we had a blast helping their team.
Check out the new site and all the cool work they do: https://evenergy.com/
You know those big rigs carrying a lot of cars across the country?
Someone has to make that happen. First Source Auto moves a LOT of cars, and they want to grow the business to move even more.
Enter, a brand new website. They trusted us to take them from a basic landing page to a beautiful, robust site that reflects their capabilities and expertise, showcases their heart for service, and generates leads and conversions with all the smart SEO juice.
Take a look at FirstSourceAuto.com. (And, yes, they transport vehicles for individuals, too.)
Andy Rieger, president of J. Rieger & Co., shares with us what it was like bringing a KC-based family business back to life even when he didnât want to.
Ninety-five years after it closed, J. Rieger & Co. is a globally distributed distillery rooted in legacy but built for whatâs to come.
Tune in for what started as a trip into a restaurant to fulfill a promise Andy made to his dad and turned into the building of an empathetic, curious, and experience-driven brand.

Our favorite kind of transformation.
Taking a brand's identity from old, to "Yes. That's us."

It's been two weeks since our human-first brand building event, and we're still thinking about all the amazing takeaways we got. From hearing heartfelt words from President of NLBM, Bob Kendrick, to hearing real-life testimonies from our panelists, it was both humbling and inspiring to learn more about what it means to put humans first - always.
We love bringing humans together and finding new ways to do work that matters. Here's to all we'll continue to create!
When people connect in meaningful ways, powerful things happen.
Movements begin. Lives are changed.
We had the honor of working with New Generations to explain how their contemporary person-to-person model has been changing lives for thousands of years.
Authenticity, leadership, and faith.
We loved having owner of Christian Brothers Roofing, Scott Horstmann, come talk with us about what it means to be a leader, and an inside look at his journey from shoe salesman, to entrepreneur.
National Beef Montez Family
National Beef stands over 10,000 strong today.
That's over 10,000 unique, real stories inside their facilities and offices all over the United States.
We may not get the honor of telling every one of those stories, but each time we get to stand behind the camera, we're changed just a bit for the better.
VenueSmart
Rocco Mazzella, owner of Venue Smart, knows grit.
He knows the dedication it takes to serve others.
He understands his team paves the way for big events and connection.
And where he is today sure as hell didn't come easily.
We got the chance to sit down with Rocco and hear about his journey firsthand during one of his busiest events of the year. His story is one we're honored to tell.
Buck O'Neil Legacy Seat
Last month, we shared the exciting news that our very own Jason Muir was awarded the Buck O'Neil Legacy Seat at Kauffman Stadium after being nominated by our friends at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum!
We were able to join Jason and his family at the game to capture the evening.
What an incredible honor and unforgettable experience for the Muirs.
We're so proud of you, Jason!
Listen. Reflect. Create. Launch. Evaluate.
"If you can't describe what you are doing as a process, you don't know what you're doing."
â W. Edwards Deming
Listen. Reflect. Create. Launch. Evaluate.
Repeat.
Our process is woven into the fabric of our organization. It is the foundational formula for every project we touch. It is the key to Human-First storytelling for any brand. Brands have powerful stories to tell, yet they often struggle with the most effective and compelling way to tell it.
We reflect to create. We launch our creations, and then evaluate in order to strive for our clients version of success each time we start, and begin again.
Our process is tried and true, and allows us to focus on the mission of the Collective:
Building brands who are brave enough to share their heart.
Guild Collective: Drone
When we added the drone to our equipment list, we knew we were adding an entirely new element to our video offerings and capabilities.
What we didn't realize is how many flyovers it can take to get the shot just right.
(Well, Jeremy and Alex knew, but the rest of us didn't.)
Behind every beautiful bird's eye view clip is a plethora of unused footage.
And while it may take several landings and launches to get "the" shot, the results are breathtaking.
Find Your Wiffle Behavioral Health Classic
The Battle Within creates pathways and experiences â from veterans to first responders to frontline medical personnel â to find hope.
Last month, they asked us to join them in highlighting one of their annual fundraising events, Find Your Wiffle Behavioral Health Classic featuring teams from The University of Kansas Health System & Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City.
We had a blast supporting The Battle Within and their mission!
