If you want to laugh, cry, be encouraged and have not read Ethan Brown book…order it today!! I have just finished it for the 3rd time while having to read 10 pages a day doing 75HARD. If I do this challenge again, count me in for reading it 4 times. I will say this…I hate reading but thank you Ethan…your book was written in BIG letters….you knew I was going to “have” to read and you took care of me! 😂😂. I love and miss my dumb and dumber high-fiving friend.

Day 18 of 75HARD and I timed the first workout during an absolute downpour, perfectly!! There’s just something about increasing the heat rate when it’s raining cats and dogs!! It feels much better than a wet shirt from sweat! A drenched shirt, shorts, socks, and shoes feel so much better! And, I like hearing the sucking sound when releasing the wet shirt that’s stuck to your body!

🚨WEATHER RELIEF🚨 a cold front will make its way into our area, bringing increased chances of rain and cooler temperatures!

Today and tomorrow…just grin and bear it as temperatures reach back into the low to mid-90s with heat index values back up around 101° both days. Chances of strong storms increase today and continue to increase each day. The best chance of seeing heavier rains could be Thursday through Friday night. The chances of storms and rain continue to remain higher through early next week.

You will notice a cooler pattern with lower humidity starting overnight Thursday. It’s not much but highs will only reach the mid-to- upper-80s. With the lower humidity, I will take it.

On the other hand, with how incompetent weather models have been, you could roast like a turkey on Thanksgiving, be as dry as the Sahara Desert, or be digging out of 20” of snow. Give me that shovel!!
