With a wealth of experience spanning over 10 years, including coaching at the collegiate level, he brings a deep knowledge of the game and a passion for helping athletes excel. Specializing in coaching setters, Coach Rode is dedicated to improving the skills of our players in this crucial position. His expertise will not only elevate our team’s performance but also allow each athlete to develop their potential both on and off the court.

Committed to the growth of every player, he believes that coaching goes beyond just athletic skill; it’s about developing confidence, teamwork, and personal development. Coach Rode is eager to create a positive and encouraging environment where every girl can thrive as both an athlete and an individual. We are excited for the impact he will have on our teams and look forward to a fantastic season ahead!
