Dj Unk who is known for "Walk It Out" had passed away

It saddens us to report that Anthony Leonard Platt, better known by his stage name DJ Unk, has passed away.

He is regarded as one of the leaders of “snap music” and is known for his hits “Walk It Out” and “Show Out.”

DJ Unk, thank you for providing the music that became the soundtrack to many millennials' college experiences.

We send our love and prayers of comfort to his friends and family.

The Fayette County Sheriff's Office, KY has ACTIVATED the Winter Care Program.
The Office of the Fayette County Sheriff provides the following services during PROGRAM ACTIVATION:

• Transportation to and from employment for those who are employed in the healthcare industry or professionals that provide direct healthcare services
• Transportation to and from a critical medical appointment
• Pick-up of critical prescription medications
• Welfare checks for our most vulnerable citizens
• Distribution of winter coats

If you or someone you know are in need of assistance this winter for any of the above, please call the Office of the Fayette County Sheriff and ask for Winter Care at 859-252-1771.

He doesn't know her. "Sweet baby angel, let me pick you up and carry you around and give you lots of kisses?" That's more like it.
