Guitars, mandolins, fiddles, bass fiddles, banjos, school band instruments—dust off those boxes in your attic and make a difference!

BAD NEWS: No WS Tonight.

We had THREE last minute cancellations ... one artist broke her hip, the other had a family crisis ... and this morning the third replacement artist woke up with a fever and strep throat. Our fourth artist, who replaced the second canceled artist, was almost on the way to Lexington but it wouldn't be fair to have them as the sole performer.

That means that we take our normal winter break a little early this year. We are rescheduling these incredible musicians and songwriters in 2025.

WOODSONGS HELENE UPDATE
We can finally announce confirmation that the distribution location for the 1000 instruments we are collecting from around the nation for the musicians who lost everything during the storms of Helene will be at the amazing Warren Wilson College outside of Asheville, NC, home of the legendary Swannanoa Music Gathering

Distribution is tentatively planned for late February or early March. All instruments collected will be given absolutely free to the musicians of the region.

I'll be performing today on the famous WDVX BLUE PLATE SPECIAL hosted by the equally famous Red Hickey.

WDVX has done a spectacular job supporting the WoodSongs Helene effort, and these are just some of the instruments they've collected for the musicians who lost everything in the storms.
