📢 Important Announcement: Changes to Music Availability on TikTok

We regret to inform you that our music is no longer available on TikTok. This unfortunate situation arose due to the major distribution company, Universal Music Group, not renewing their contract with TikTok. The primary reason behind this decision was TikTok's unwillingness to pay artists the proper royalties for their songs being used on the platform.

We understand that this news is frustrating for all artists who rely on Universal Music Group, the industry's biggest player. However, if the platform does not value our music enough to compensate us fairly, we have no choice but to remove our songs. This decision affects not only us but also the TikTok influencers who use our music to promote their brands through their videos.

If you have created videos on TikTok and noticed that the music has been muted, it is because Universal Music Group has removed their music from the platform. However, it's not all bad news. You can still use songs from Universal's catalog on Facebook and Instagram.

We sincerely hope that in the future, the CEOs of Universal Music Group and TikTok can come to an agreement that benefits all artists. We firmly believe that every artist who has their music in Universal's catalog deserves to be paid for their hard work and talent.

Rest assured, this setback will not hinder us from creating and releasing new music. However, it will necessitate a change in our business strategy for promoting and marketing our music.

TikTok has removed all Universal Music Group music from its platform, according to a spokesperson for the company. UMG argues, among other things, that TikTok is not compensating its artists fairly.
