Working from home? I've been doing it for 20+ years and here's what I know...

1. Get up and go to work first thing in the morning. This is especially true if you have little people. Those hours before you have to keep them alive are precious.

2. If you can, work in a designated space. If you don't have one, create one.

3. When you are done working. Be done. Walk away from your computer and be present in your home life.

4. Go outside. Walk your dog, walk your kids, whatever... leave that space for a moment.

5. Limit your social media time. I struggle with this right now, and it's not making me a happy human.
