I so enjoyed speaking at Valley Spiritul Center this last Sunday!

Valley Spiritual Center welcomed back one of our most dynamic speakers, Wendie Kause. As a life coach and motivational speaker, Wendie shares methods of self-discovery that are both uplifting and empowering. She spoke today about her recent study of the book, "The Five Levels of Attachment", by Don Miguel Ruiz Jr. which mirrors some of the same principals Wendie's, "Path to Peace" podcast and website discusses. Life is as a Pendulum - Swinging far to one side or the other. Even though we are in the process of evolving as spiritual beings, and have been since we became conscious, the pendulum swings back and forth.

If we indeed look over history, ours, and the world, we can see the evolution of our learning. The pain and growth, the expansion and contraction are all part of the experience we call life.

When we allow moments in our life of silence, stopping the "Thinking" we are able to see the ebb and flow of all things.

In this episode, I share this dynamic of human existence and what we can do individually to move through it peacefully.
