Finally learning DaVinci Resolve. I've been blowing this off for far too long. I've got several site licenses for the Studio version from my Blackmagic Design cameras. Been thinking about this for some time, wanting to learn a bit more about color grading (not much as I do not enjoy that process and prefer that people with a better grasp handle that).

I've got some new Cinestudy projects and I'm making a stand, going to start and finish them entirely in DaVinci Resolve. Already the color grading looks so much better and that's barely using the BMPCC 6K Gen 5 LUT.

Cinestudy is my main focus for the next several months. Several things I want to do with this, re-doing others, and looking to make several projects with the educational elements.

I have a new partner or two I'm looking at for the future of Cinestudy.

Got interviewed on a podcast from India today about Social Media Monster Doc and the interviewer requested the gig to talk to me because he was a big fan of Framelines, said he learned a lot from the free projects I created. It blew my mind to have someone tell me how much it meant to him to learn filmmaking for free because of what I did. I make things like Cinestudy and I have no clue the impact they can have on a stranger halfway across the globe from me. I am humbled by this and I hope that these projects continue to help people anywhere in the world.
