Living with an autoimmune condition, anxiety, and depression can be challenging at times. For me, it's not only the inflammation but also stress-related factors that cause flare-ups.

After having an amazing and productive week, I started invoicing yesterday, and suddenly, my lip swelled up, my eyes swelled up, my ankles swelled up, and I couldn't be on my feet. I only managed to invoice one customer before I had to take my shot and a Benadryl, which knocked me out!

So, ladies, I just woke up and am starting again after taking an anti-anxiety medication to keep myself calm. 😎

After all we have all weekend!!
